With normal prints this would be done with a dry mount press - but I am not sure that works with ink jet prints (may get too hot).
I have heard talk of using a spray on adhesive and then pasting the print onto mat board. You can buy this spray in most art supply stores.

The Ilford paper will work in the dry mount press if you use the correct tissue(lower temp) and turn it down to about 190 degrees, but the easy way is to use 3M Photo Mount spray (craft stores) I do all my stuff(95% 13x19)with spray.. pre position the print and make single pencil dot at two corners( long side)..spray print both directions on back. Position the corners on the dots,let it roll down flat, I turn it over and roll the back of the mat... never had one come off.. Prints are handled many times (entering contest) work great !

Pat - you might consider mounting with MPIX - I just had 9 prints done for a contest and they were wonderful - around $50 for them total 8x10's.
Well worth the money in my opinion. When you consider time, print costs and all that... :)
