  Q. Best flash for Minolta Maxxum 7

Asked by Fred Fields    (K=131) on 6/11/2003
I am wanting to upgrade my flash equip from the low power pop-up flash on top of the camera. I am looking at either purchasing the Minolta 5600 HS or a Sigma 500 flash. Both are TTL auto zoom. Anyone have another flash to suggest or opinions on either of the two I mentioned would be valued.
Thanks

I'm really happy with the 5600 HS.

Stick with 5600HS. The combination of the & with the 5600HS and a Minolta "D" lens (eg: 24-105) is a great combo.

Thanks for the responses. I hope to have a 5600 soon.
I purchased my camera (maxxum 7, new) from a dealer on Ebay. So far the camera has been perfect. I currently have a bid on the flash.
Thanks again.
