I live in Miami, and am looking for some spots to photograph automobiles, everyone seems to be shooting at the beach but I was curious to know if anyone on here has any favorites? industrial areas? etc?
thank you

Hi Stephanie,
I think it depends on what kind of cars you want to shoot, old rusty or blitzy sports. You can find nice shots of older cars in 8th Street, otherwise SoBe is the place to be. The Grove is an option, but difficult to isolate the cars from the horrible tribes of tourists. Last resort could be Key Biscayne, Key West or Star Island

Stephanie: I've lived in Ft. Lauderdale for 35 years now. I've never found Florida be very photogenic. After all, what do we have? The beach, palm trees, and not much there for street photography. I'm up here in NYC now for 2 years and will be returning there soon. But let me tell you, you would NEVER run out of images here in NYC or surrounding areas.

Stephanie: If it's cars you want, take a trip up to Lauderdale and visit all the car dealers there with every kind of car you can think of.
