Q. Wanted: Canon EOS 10D kit

If anyone knows of a used Canon Eos 10D for sale, (even stateside as I can arrange shipping via APO and payment in US$) for Camera and possibly a kit depending on lenses. Particularly after Canon EF 28-135/3.5-5.6 IS USM and Canon EF 70-200/4L USM.
My local dealer has taken monies from several "willing" customers, three months have passed and still no delivery - such is availability here.
