Certainly there are. Black and White photography is completely dedicated to BW photography and darkroom work for example, and there are others.
It's mainly the mass market mags that are following the trend and spending their time where the massmarket advertising money is, which is in digital.

Well I would try:
Aperture lenswork viewcamera camera arts black and white
Those will probably be a healthy dose of film photography :)

i get aperture and lenswork. excellent magazines both of them. i've flipped thru the other 3 but haven't found a compelling reason to get them.

B&W, Aperature and once in a while Peterson's. Unfortunately all are headed toward Digital articles EXCEPT Black & White. Go to your big libraries and dig out back issues of DARKROOM TECHNIQUE. Now defunct, but by far the best magazine ever published for photography. ( My understanding is that Porn Publisher LARRY FLYNT was the publisher-not sure though) I have the last issue to come forth -a great magazine up to very last.
