Q. Misrepresentation..stealing photos from others

Hi,Altaf - there is a superb wave image posted by newcomer Helen Harvey which i rated a 7 and made lengthy comment...now, tonight i saw the EXACT wave image on shutterpoint.com photo site which was posted feb 25/2004 and copyright to a Paul Todd...now, who took this photo and are our photos that easy to steal?...sorry to sound so naive, but guess i trust too much and expect integrity...regards,gayle
