Q. Hasselblad Filters System

I understand the nature of filters to fit the Hasselblad lenses but my need to know, is there an independent manufacturers who I could find different filters from them to fit my lenses than Hasselblade which are too costly.

Brands like Sigma, Hoya and so on, dont they make those filters ?
