Hi Larry,
Very nice, crisp and professional shot. Kind of makes me think of mermaid etc (I'm sure it was intentional)
I think the water running down the neck (ehat an incredibly long neck she has!) is a tiny bit distracting (kind of splits the neck in two)
Other than that - even though I can tell the horizon is straight, the angle of the beach, the water round her body and her eyes makes this shot 'feel' as if it is rotated -slightly- anticlockwise.
Great work with the B&W conversion, tonality is very good :)
