Wow, really spectacular view at Mayan Riviera.
Great series of "historical/architectural" shots.

Very nice!

The strict color palette and reds and the many stone details were exactly right for that composition with the strong leading lines, Jacques! I find the details a little bit too hard in contrast but on the other hand it is exactly this that enhances the stairway marbled in stone.

The composition is well balanced too, except perhaps for the upper right corner. I am not sure if it is good or not this way. But the rest of it together with the distinct exposure balance surely makes up a very good shot.

Cheers!

Nick

I missed this one somehow Jacques.
Going down for me would not be a problem, climbing all those stairs to the top would be murder . A great shot my dear friend with excellent textures and details with lovely natural tones. Well done to you. My very best wishes to you as always......Ray

thanks a lot Jim. Didn't use a tripod for this one... and don't use it often... for this one I use the wall as support for myself as I was completely in contact to have less movement.

Very nice composition and exposure. These shots are usually quite difficult. Did you use a tripod?
