I agree Shirley,
They really should do something to freshen up the front page, at least.
There are lots o great images deep in the back of everyones portfolios that could use a little exposure on the front page. If people's older posts don't get exposure, it only discourages people to the point of them taking their images off the site.

You may be right, but it is discouraging to a lot of people when they keep the same 'monthly' project on the Home Page for a year...lol, and recycle many of the same photos over and over on the Home Page.

About the site. The administrators maybe have been a bit relaxed lately, but I don't think we can blame them too much. As you said, you find yourself not having as much time to participate and the same goes for me and many others. It really is all about the participants. If we don't show up, how can we complain. :)
