A rectangular face, big head and pointy nose,, so it in the Emperors Family (LETHRINIDAE),, and to give the name of the exact specie, will be hard to guess visually,,, but I think it is a Snubnose Emperor (Lethrinus borbonicus Valenciennes),, the biggest one is about the same size of it in the picture about 1/2 meter... it lives in the sandy areas near the reefs (which is exactly "Dibba"),, you can see it underwater mostly singles or sometimes in small groups,,, it goes at night to the reef flat to feed on hard-shelled invertibrates "those go out only at night",,, and you can find this specie in The Gulf of Oman, very few in the Arabian Gulf, to the end of Madagascar!
Well, well done... it is an excellent capture, but I would love to see that closer and in more detail and the background to be a bit blurry,, I mean little macro! I liked the way of holding it,, and chosing the background to be the sea, which is its hometown... I love fish and sea life, but I don't eat sea food!!! good job sis, excellent shoot! regards, Yaz
