To Eligiusz: Please look in OBJECTIVE WAY at following photos, and if you tell same, about no concept, no idea, ugly etc etc, you won't offend me, but you will offend many people who considered them as good ones. I've never said I'm great photographer, I'm learning, and I THOUGHT this site is not club of malicious old guys with complexes and rude comments. I thought it's the site where you can learn something, and I have to say I learnt much with positive comments but also remarks on what I could do better. There were and there are people here who always tell what could be done better on photo but they do it in kind way. You don't, you are rude and happy to think that you are better than others. Eligiusz Langner wrote here that I have no idea about photography, I just make snapshots without a concept. He said the best photographers left this site and now it's just a bunch of people who comment nicely each other, and page is full of kitch, photos with no worth and s**t (well that's not literary what he said but it's what sums it up very well). He came back here because thought it would be better site but he was wrong. [I have to add that this comment I received because I defended a photo by Wathah: http://www.imageopolis.com/image.asp?id=1661797 which received award]. So, he said bad photos are receiving awards because there is nothing to choose from. Finally this site will go down and there will be only me and people like me (means bad photographers for sure) left. He doesn't publish photos here anymore because site is in such horrible condition. As last he wrote about my profile photo here (which I put as avatar and not to give opinions, to be honest I didn't even know you could publish opinions under profile photo!): "I don't put a critique or points under this photo because there is no such [low] point on scale".
And reply by Wiesław Krajniak: "Eligiusz, I will not agree. This photo is not tragic or so bad that you would be such sharp and merciless in your critique of author. Frame is good, there is idea, even good composition. Sure, workshop and preparing the photo for publishing could be better. I gave 5 points for idea and nice model :) I've been into photography for 50 years and I'm still learning and I still don't have idea about it. I've always said that there are better works than mine. I'm very happy when I'm able to take really good photo once a year. Eligiusz, tell me that I have no idea about photography and you will be right but ad to that your own vision of how it should be, how it should look like, what did you see and what you didn't although you should see. You can look at photo but not many people would see what's hidden and hardly visible at first sight.
The best photographers never published on internet. They just have fun of what they do. Help the amateurs, those who start, not by criticizing mistakes but by showing good sides.
Bardzo dziękuję za ten komentarz, Panie Wiesławie. Dokładnie o to mi chodziło - o konstruktywną, wnoszącą cos krytykę. Dodam jeszcze raz, że niniejsze zdjęcie to zdjęcie profilowe, nigdy nie przeznaczałam go do oceny merytorycznej, do publikacji, ma być tylko moim awatarem na portalu. Poza tym nie zostało nawet zrobione przeze mnie!
Oczywiście, jeszcze dzisiaj wszystko przetłumaczę, obie wypowiedzi, co by nas nie posądzono o publiczną dyskusję w nieznanym większości języku :)
Eligiuszu będę w opozycji. Praca nie jest tragiczna ani tak zła abyś tak ostro pojechał i po pracy i po autorce. Jest dobry kadr, jest pomysł, a nawet można się doszukać dobrej kompozycji. Fakt warsztat i przygotowanie pracy do publikacji mogło by być lepsze. Dałem 5 za pomysł i ...przyznaję bardzo ładną modelkę.
Zajmuje się fotografią ponad 50 lat i wciąż się uczę więc się nie znam. Od zawsze twierdzę iż są, istnieją lepsze prace niż moje. Jestem bardzo szczęśliwy gdy uda mi się taką ustrzelić choć by raz w roku. Niestety tak dobrze nie ma, choć za kilkanaście dam się pokrajać na plasterki.
Napisz mi iż się nie znam na fotografii i będziesz miał racje, tylko dopisz własna wizje tego na co patrzysz, co zobaczyłeś, a czego nie widzisz.
Nie znasz się na fotografii, cykasz fotki bez pomysłu. Zauważ, że pouciekali stąd najlepsi fotografowie. Ja wróciłem tutaj bo myślałem, że się to rozkręci ale jest jeszcze gorzej. Kółka wzajemnej adoracji, bzdety, gnioty i kicze. Z czego redakcja ma wybierać? Wybiera, bo musi. I tak w końcu ten portal upadnie i zostaniesz tylko Ty i kilku innych z kilkudziesięcioma tysiącami punktów. Ja już nic nie wstawiam bo ten portal pali się a raczej już się spalił (vide: moje ostatnie zdjęcie:). Pozdrawiam. P.S.Nie oceniam tego zdjęcia bo nawet brakuje w tej skali oceny:)
