I think the conventional wisdom says, "Be careful what you ask for!" At any rate, your question inspired me to post this to the forum (in response to a very nice observation by Ina Nicolae):
"Ina makes a wonderful point. Like many members, my routine for commenting exactly parallels the one she describes. A MODEST PROPOSAL: Go back to the the former road-map and put the Images needing response where those tiny thumbnails of "Random Images by [Member]" are now. That string of thumbnails could then become "Random Images Needing Comments." We then would be able to navigate much more efficiently and would always have a reminder (and a link) to the images needing more attention. "And THAT would make the holidays much brighter! Thanks to all . . ."

OK...I asked!...thanks for your comments George...here's some to add...and I've posted these a few times:
1. No view count on thumbnail page 2. Karma still not incrementing 3. Same navigation issues you described 4. Small hard to find photo title 5. Have to go to MYUSEFILM to post a photo 6. Reduced resolution 7. Cameras not in pulldown still not listed
Other than that I'm still here!

Very bold image. What strikes me as most successful is precisely that dark area that sets off the silhouette so well. Good job . . . Regards, --George About UF: 1.) I'm still finding it very clunky to navigate. If I'm looking at the images of one member, I have to go past the under-evaluated pictures back to that member's site every time. Same when I'm trying to look at images posted by friends or associates. Very frustrating and needlessly time-consuming. A proposal: Go back to the the former road-map and put the Images needing response where those tiny thumbnails of "Random Images by Larry Fosse" are now. That string of thumbnails could then become "Random Images Needing Comments." 2.) The ads certainly violate the letter and the spirit of the Donor agreement. It still says "removal of all ads." 3.) The pictures certainly looked much better on the white ground with the Title featured clearly beneath it.
Otherwise, I'm very positive. ;-) )Now that I've gotten all this off my chest, I might just post it on the forum.)

Nice palm silhouette, Larry, but I think I would like to see the background a little lighter. Dave.
