Not exactly a photograph I don't think (I could be wrong), but interesting digital art none the less. I'm saying that because the water shown has a very smooth long-exposure effect, which would be impossible to have a moving boat/person sharp in the same exposure. Also the scale between the boat and the tree to the left seems to be abit off.
