At the edge of the "Lustgarten" (Pleasure Garden) sits the Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom) - built in 1893-1905 on the site of an earlier cathedral church. The cathedral was badly damaged in the Second World War and restored in the 1970s.
This is a series of three pictures taken on the other side of the river (e.g., closer to the curch) stitched together with PTGui.
Picture details: Three portrait pictures with a resolution of 1704x2272 each. Exposure was between 1/150s or 1/300s with an aperture of 7.0 and automatic ISO determination by the camera. PTGui was used to create a 3885x1929 panorama.
Although the stitching looks perfect, the church appears to be leaning very slightly to the left. PTGui does allow for this to be corrected... try looking through the tutorial or visit the Wiki (a great resource for users of PTGui and other panorama software). All you need to do is add a couple of vertical line-type control "points" that are truly vertical. The result is miraculous!
