Hi Sheila, Thanks for the info on the book...any help is greatly appreciated! Since writing my bio I have learned alot about my camera and how to use it but...I have a long way to go yet. I'm having great fun while I'm learning, especially here on uf...so many nice people to help!

Hi Robin! Thanks for your nice comment on my "Behind" post. I love this photo. Great focus, colors and presentation here.
I was reading your bio and thought that I might recommend a book that I just recently read called Understanding Digital Photography by Bryan Peterson. A friend of mine lent it to me and I can't believe all of the great stuff that I learned from it. I especially liked this book because I felt that the way that he explained things I could easily understand.
Anyway, keep up the great work! It's beautiful!

wow- amazing how a simple red berry can look so wonderful with a good camera and lens! Nice bokeh and dof here. Just a good shot. I love to find keepers in my miles and miles of files too!

Really Nice Macro Robin! You've managed to make the one red berry stand out, even with quite a bit of the same color in the background. Great dof! Nicely done...and good find!
