Wow....at first I thought this was an picture of you on your wedding day....but then i read it is your niece. Well shot but I have to agree with Bob to crop crop crop....the empty space on top.

This is an excellent portrait, well exposed with good flesh tones and nothing distracting in the background.
My only nitpik would be to tighten up a little on her face, or perhaps tilt down a bit to show more of the corsage, and eliminate some of the dead space above her head.

Beautiful young lady and beautiful image.
The only thing I would suggest would be to crop off some of the empty space above her head.
