About Another in my series of Japanese shops. This one is filled with things to delight the feminine heart. I used my fisheye to get everything in, then removed the fisheye distortion and cropped to select the best balance.

Hi Roger, Nice business in this shot, it's full of activity and things to look at, yet not too cluttered. Good postprocessing, removing the pinch works well, as it accentuates the perspective. Very nicely done.

Cheers,

hugo

Thanks for returning my visit, Emin. I sometimes have problems inside shops, but usually I take pictures from outside the door, and they really can't do much about that! In this case I asked permission because the young lady in charge looked a very nice person, and she agreed at once.

nice work Roger, usually they don't allow to take pictures in the shops, you are lucky.

Hi Roger,
Happy New Year! Hope 2006 brings lots of great photos your way. I like this little slice of life. The middle section seems a bit bright for me (maybe just my monitor) but it does certainly add to the glittery look of the jewelry. I guess feminine hearts the world over love to look at and handle beautiful things to while away an afternoon.

Yes it is a wonderful wide angle shot and the FE effect has been corrected rather well.
