Hi Ann,
I don't shoot RAW because the size of the photos are so big that they eat up my hard drive and flash card space to fast so i shoot high Jpeg instead.

WOW another beautiful image with razor sharp quality and superb details. So many elements to enjoy here. I may have asked you this before and I'm sorry if I'm repeating my question but do you shoot in RAW format? The red colours in the foreground are so rich and vivid like that which RAW produces. The rocks appear almost flesh like. Most unusual and interesting topography. A lovely scene to have in your "backyard".

Thank you also for taking the time to comment on my images.

Cheers - Ann :)

Splendid landscape, Tim. So strange... but fascinating. Never seen anything like it before! And this is just minutes from your studio? Lucky you!

Really nice shot, very tasty - don't know whether it's a crop of a landscape format that has done it but the horizon is slightly uneven I think

Hi Debarshi,
The rocks in the foreground are made of Sandstone and therefore fairly soft. So the water action on them during high tide wears out the softer parts of the stone faster then the harder parts, creating the amazing features.

Wonderful lighting and colour, Tim! You've got exellent detail in the rocks and the eroded areas. What an interesting place, so close to home.
Dave.
