About
this was by far the weirdest feeling ive had, knowing im going to fall flipping multiple times and at one point time pretty much stopped and i thought ok well when am i going to hit again and how hard... totally disorienting and to add to it all i had snow everywhere my hat was gone goggles too, snowshoes about twenty feet uphill after being ripped from some heavy duty strapes on my backpack all the while i have friends asking me if im ok.. i say yeah just give me a minute, needed to stop the brain from rattleing, the freeze to settle down and get my barrings, and lets not forget check if my hand os ok as i have two rods going half way through it right now. everything turned out ok and i had a laugh about it!!!!
this is just a peice of this shoot its twenty pictures long ill upload the whole thing soon
thanks for the comment chad, no tripod and a much longer sequence than is visible it was the whole 25 picture burst that the 20D can do on JPEG mode... my buddy herman shot ot with my camera which was tossed down to him off the cornace prob 30 feet in my bag before this. SCARY throwing all that $$$ down a huge POW slope. under exposure is the camera following me downhill and i would agree with you i need to lighten it up.. pray for health my hand didnt get hurt in this fall to say the least as i tucked it away nicely inside but my head and brain didnt think the same thing ha ha ha..
Great sequence, was this shot on a tripod? I personally havent had the chance to shoot sequences to stitch together. Looks like someone was in the right place at the right time to get this shot. Though it does look a little under exposed to me... I cant wait to try my new 20d out on the mountain...just as soon as my knee heals (stupid aspen tree!)
