Reminds me of the Swamp of Sadness scene in "The Neverending Story." Very gloomy picture. I really like the texture given my the water drops. Jonathan.

Very effective Alison, it seems to emphasise the bleakness of the leafless trees.

Good kind of idea, Alison. I did it too once in past. but the window was a very wet so that the result is not comparable to this nole work of yours. it's a very impressive works on winter photography and I like it.

Swell image, Alison. I love this. I agree that the raindrops do appear to be tears coming from the barren and cold trees.

Ooooo it looks cold and nasty. The black and white just emphasizes that. Makes me shiver just to look at it.

The raindrops really give a surrealistic effect you could never get in Photoshop, Alison! Works really well with the gloomy scene and b/w conversion. Well seen, and well done image.
