Nice image. This is not unlike a pink version of my "swan heart" shot - I hope you didn't wait as long as I did for the "decisive moment"! I too had a long sufferering partner, until I persuaded her to borrow one my manual cameras and a couple of lenses and gave her a crash course in photography. She really enjoyed it and already thinks I'm jealous of her ability!

This is a really nice photo and the reflection in the water really adds to the photo as well. With the red tint and the heart shape of the birds really makes a great Valentine's Day Card. Great Job!
