Hi Amy, and Happy New Year to you! I like the mood and the curve of the bridge with water drops, well done! Nice wintery colors too :) Ina

I too believe this looks great in B&W. I think it gives more depth to the water falling. Great shot either way. (Thanks for your input also)

I like the curves and lines of the bridge a lot. The foreground objects in the lower right of the shot are interesting, though maybe a little distracting from the subject of the bridge, but I like them anyway.

From your description above I guess the white dots in the shot are water drops falling off the bridge? That's an interesting asopect of the shot, but if I hadn't read your comment I might have thought that they were water drops on a window you were shooting thru. When you took the shot if you had used a slightly slower shutter speed the drops would have appeared instead as short lines, which might have made them seem more like drops in motion than static water specs on a screen. Alternatively you might have cloned them out of the image altogether, though I think they are part of what you are trying to capture so getting rid of them might not be what you want.

Lastly, I think this shot might be a good candidate for turning into B&W, with some increased contrast. I tried a very quick shot at that and attached the results. Having actually tried it I'm not sure I like it in B&W after all, but anyway, you can have a look.

Sorry for this loooooong winded critque, but I do like the idea behind this shot very much.
