very nice picture. I have tried to make some "eye-shots" as well lately and I find out that the sharpness and crop is really important. I think you could have improved on both a little bit. The curve of the eyebrow is now not intact. The fingernails are a nice extra and brings more reality to the face.

Very dramatic indeed! The soft light is very flattering to the woman. The selective DOF makes my eyes go immediately to the eye.
