Well Rick, the pyramids are really surrounded by sand, but this Green field is so near.

The green vegetation and the Pyramids provide excellent contrast. I thought they were surrounded by all sand. When I look at this photo there is a great desire inside of me to visit the Pyramids. Excellent work.........rick

Shaimaa, I'm enjoying your portfolio of Egypt. This is a very nice different view of the pyramids, as most people don't realize there is so much green nearby. I hope to visit there someday.
