...this is lovely, full of atmosphere, being a pain in the butt perfectionist I would have to straighten the horizon, down a bit on the left hand side!! good work. david.

Fantastic sky, the power of it is overwhelming. Surreal lighting, love it. Horizon needs a bit of a rotate to the left.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! The sky is really fantastic, a big wave like shape and at the same time lighted buildings from the sun for the best contrast against the sky. Really magic moment well presented and framed, bravo Brian, excellent of caurse!!!

Excellent shot of clouds and reflects. The lack of perspective due to the straight-on shot of the structures in the center (rather than at some angle) gives the shot a 2 dimensional appearance that works very well here in highlighting the cloud and reflection and is a classic poster format. Very very well framed. Excellent eye and exceution.

Wow, that is flat out stunning! The exposure on the homes, against the detail of the cloud and sky are perfect! Working in visual effects, I can tell you that we would work for weeks to create what you captured today! Very well done! Very good composition!!!! Seriously, you have nailed every high mark in my book for detail...all the way down to the refelctions.

Perfect capture! One of my favorites!

cheers,
-Joel

I'm so glad that Jeannette's critique and your photo ended up on the front page. I recognize the buildings, but it's that sky which dominates. This is one for my favourites!

WOW WOW WOW, that is all I can say. Thos clouds are about to take over those buildings. The color and lighting really make those building stand out but the size of the clouds still maintains to be the main focus. Keep up the excellent work.

Nice compostion and excellent cloud formation. It does appear to the in a sweep motion.

Not sure how much I like the boldness of the black framing that you have selected though.

i guess thats a case of being in the right place at the right time.and its nice to get a shot as powerfull as this straight of the card without having to use CS2 to improve it or remove distractions.right now we are having a few days of sunshine with threatening clouds so it makes good photography.

Imageopolis Featured Photo Critique FULL POINT shot Brian. The cloud is too much, i love it, the formation and the tone, the reflection of it in the water and the suggestive feel it creates. Masterpiece!!!!!!!!! 7+++
