Oh, that's funny. You used a turbulent and violent water source to create an image called "Tranguility". Wonderful. Thanks for the information. Keep up the good work.

use a blue filter
a bowl under a faitly fowerful water source (enough to creat bubbles)
and a flash depending on your lighitng conditions (you may need to diffuse it)
