A nice scene, full of action, and a good use of perspective. A pitty about the tilt, though. Also, I wonder why you included that part of the gate in the lower right corner. I do like the idea of using the repetitive shapes of the light to be dominant in this photo. It makes it more of an artitctural type of shot than a street scene, shifting the primary subject.

I like the idea of slow shutter speed, but you could have included more of the pavement to make it vertically symmetric and also it's not straight
