Sonny,
Softening / filtering skin is a flattering thing, but things like eyelashes/eyes/eyebrows/wardrobe spangles, etc need to remain sharp (even sharpening them MORE than the original image won't hurt).
The easiest way is to clone this image into a new layer, and then erase away the softened parts to reveal the sharpened layer behind it.
Oh, and your lighting is good and your skin tones are PERFECT!
