Tell them Fujichrome film has mysteriously disappeared from shelves around the world except for NZ! Oh, and that better be your boat btw, or it's all off!

You don't think we're rushing into this too fast do you Rina? I've been married to this wonderful lady/mother of my beautiful daughters for 30 years, I figure I owe them SOME kind of explanation!
I simply can't say "I'm going out for a roll of Fujichrome film......I'll be back in 10 min!"
(hmmm...........Or could I (?))
Black patent thigh-highs w/4" heel wasn't it?
Tell the preacher 2:30! Party of eight, don't be late...........

Hell yes! In fact, why not bring them along, they'd be perfect company for my lot! Geez, I'm so easy and not at all good at this hard-to-get gig!!! Right. I'll have the minister penciled in for Sunday afternoon.... ROTFLMAO!!!

Excuse me Rina?
Did I hear you say thigh-high's?
There's a flight out of New York in the morning, we could be married on Sunday, Monday at the absolute latest.....
hmmmmmm (think I should tell the wife & kids?) <3 <3 <3

A hero, eh? Do I get wear tights and a cape?? Hold up... maybe not the tights, but I'm liking the idea of knee-high boots! Hey, if I could fly then distance wouldn't be a problem and we could be together forever. Don't want to rush you into anything though...

But seriously, this a great perspective shot. Take away the people, and it almost looks like a mirrored image. Which is what gave me the idea in the first place.

If there's anything you're not sure of, feel free to ask me. Or check out either the Digital Darkroom or Photography Help forums here. There's quite often some valuable advice to be found.

Take care :)
Rina.

Oh Rina, you are my hero!
If you weren't so far away, I would ask you to marry me! LOL
I don't know PhotoShop much AT ALL! Sorry to say that I'm still learning to think "outside the box" when it comes to digital editing. I've been trying to get some of my film stuff digitalized and out on UF (honestly I find the mutual approval process here quite "therapeutic" ~grin~)
It's refreshing to see talent like yours available and freely offered. Thank you so much for your attention and kind response. -john

This was a shot which I found interesting with it's vivid color and vertical composition. I was really bummed when I got the slide back and saw the corner catastrophe. The beauty of this forum is the free exchange of a vast sea of creative knowledge. A lot of very talented artists frequent UF! I must confess my ignorance when it comes to desktop editing software. I do have a "PhotoShop for Dummies" book, but so far I haven't been able to think as fast as I used to.........

Ooops, just realised it's not exactly perfect, but I did it in less than five minutes I'm certain you would take more care if that's the way you wanted to go... :)) Cheers, Rina.

Hi there J, not sure how familiar you are with PS, but I'd be inclined to out and out cheat :) Select and area on the right that's approximately the same size and shape as the dark area on the left. Create a new layer from the selection, then Ctrl+T and flip horizontal. Move it across and line it up on the left, then use masking to blend the edges. Et Viola! I've attached it for you...

I'm sure that annoying dark quadrant in the upper corner will offend many, as it has me. Alas, I'm not sure what to do with it. When I try to make it less obvious, other things go very wrong. I don't do much post-processing work (PS) but I'll try anything.... once. Kindly let me know with some helpful suggestions please. It's a nice perspective shot, too bad something went wrong in the exposure/processing.
Thanks for looking.
