About This little poster suggests that boys and girls would have fun if they joined the "Fire Club." I think it's a rather unfortunate name for a kind of boy-scout girl-guide club based on Japan's fire service. The very dry and windy winter season, and Japan's widespread use of wooden housing, makes fire a real hazard here.
