This is a nice capture . . . I like the cooling blue tones and the reflection on the wet sand gives the whole some nice and complementary textures which help. The tones are nice and the contrast is good. Your subject matter is interesting and focused and makes a good silhouette not unlike the horizon.
The only distraction I can see is that the sea appears to tilt down on the right side. The slanted waterline allows you to keep the beach level, but the beach, ideally, should slant into the sea which should be level. I have tilted your image to show you an example of what I'm referring to. Incidentally, I made this same mistake early in my UF portfolio . . . You have a good image here . . . I'm looking forward to seing more.
