Thanks Gary, this was the last of about 30 images, from the time the bird landed at the edge of the sand, preened himself for awhile, started to leave, in flight then this image where he was passing a man on the beach. This image was over in a split second fortunately I was tracking him. I have attached the In Flight image to this comment
