I like this photo, but it doesn't give me the feeling of 'alone'. Probably because there's too many cows, and they're looking at the girl. I like the contrast between the way she's dressed and the rural setting.
Technically, I think you've printed this a bit too dark. You've lost a huge amount of detail in the girls shirt, her hair, and in the dark parts of the cows. The calf in front has become a featureless black blob.
