About	oh, the old spiral staircase that has lost its place in today's architecture. I found this one particularly attractive as i sat on a bench opposite it. Boy, am i glad i tried. This was in the oldest exisiting and operational fire-station in singapore at hill street built in the late 19th century. (The scanned results have suffered in terms of clarity though.)

I'm surprised you haven't had loads of comments about this shot. This would be a great shot for an architectural study like the one I'm doing for City & Guilds. I would be very proud to have captured this one on film. Well done for noticing this potentialimage and keep on looking for more!
