Hi Justina,
Very moody shot, the horizontal composition works well here with the slow shutter. I think a bit more definition in the velvetty patterns of the flowing water in the foreground could've really punched the impact of this shot, it seems a bit too blurry / soft.. (I'm not talking about the focus, nor the time of exposure, so it's not somehting you could've influenced, I think - it's the flow pattern that gives it the impression of being soft and non descript. Besides, it's a minor thing, and I really like this photo.
