good work with a beautiful model. Very timely capture of hair's movement and her looks. Her left hand's movement disturbed me just a little bit, maybe she could have kept it stable too. But, overall, congratulations for this beautiful photo. Regards

More than the quality of this image as a good portrait, it's the "Mood" that's emphasized this shot. the moment of clicking has choosen very well to have the Hairs enhancing the mood and feel in this simply portrait.
Also the harmonies of Blue/yellow in the dress, background & skin works well.
