This is neat. I like the 3d effect of the different aspects of the face. The colors are wonderful. The lighting is perfect, the way the sun is off the face. A striking composition.

I think the 3rd composition is better. I looks like portrait of someone. No problem with the composition and lighting looks very nice too, but I'd think of increasing the color saturation a bit since it is a capture of drawing, which would looks better with more color saturation. Best regards.

wow!!! fascinating capture Gustavo! really interesting and beautiful effect of textures, ligth and shadows. it's an appealing piece of art by itself but you have captured it so well! the second version is nice too, showing part of her neck and concentrating the interest on her face. the 3rd one in my opinion is less successful, maybe a bit too common composition, although the overall color arrange is quite good.

Muy buen colorido y la sombra que cae preciosa.
Cuentame, me quedé con un par de dudas con esta serie...
Según lo que veo, estas pinturas representa a una sra. de origen negro, representa algo en especial?
No tenía registro de afroamericanos en Argentina, o al menos en el sur (disculpa la ignorancia pero debía preguntar)aunque, por cierto, el título "La negra Juana" es bastante claro.

I think you captured this very well. I like the macro approach to the composition, but don't feel I can accurately judge not seeing more of the wall. The way you captured the lighting is extremely well done. The sunlight appears 100% natural.
