Hi Kenneth, amazing lighting.... the sky seems a bit posterized in the post processing, but awesome colours. How did you manage to create this effect? Very effective!

Doyle,
Thanks for the comments. This shot is a mistake that worked (for me at least). I used the on board flash as a subtle fill but even at a 1/4 power it lit the willow strongly. I didn't take the lens hood on the Tokina lens in to account and it cast a shadow on the stem. Serendipity I guess.

Wow Kenneth, the unique lighting really accented this shot for you. I assume you used a separate light for the focal point and no flash?
