The almost B&W with the bit of colour in the clouds and sky looks wonderful. The bird in silhouette is a great element in this. You have certainly captured the mood of a cold winter day.

Nice silhouetted image here and the bird adds considerable interest . . . but the whispy streaks of blue really make this shot. Without them . . . it would be presumed to be a B&W.
