I love that the cloud looks like a donut. My grandmother used to be able to tell the future from the clouds.
I say this is a hungry tree that is reaching out for something - -

Very good.
I would have gone with Maximum DOF. This would increase the feeling of the clouds taking the place of the Leaves.
I like the low angle.

Interesting angle. I like the colour in the sky, i think the extra bit of sky at the top works in composition, it gives the image that needed space.
