Ciao Roberto..questi sono i Casinči dalle mie parti..sono costruiti sopra delle sorgenti e l'acqua sgorga al loro interno per poi fuoriuscire dalla porta..una volta si metteva il latte in una grossa 'conca' di rame..per far si che si formasse la panna da usare poi per la produzione del burro..
Poi ci sono i Crotti, costruiti contro i fianchi della montagna al quale interno dalla roccia esce il 'sųrel' l'aria che esce dalla montagna..d'estate fredda, d'inverno calda..sempre temperata..qui si mettevano vini e formaggi..

e anche questa mi piace: bene hai fatto a metterla in quel project! anch'io - quando cammino nei boschi - osservo spesso questi "casoni" che dalle mie parti servivano per seccare le castagne (non so se anche lė da te), e sono ormai sempre abbandonati...
