Hi Owen,
the people in ubud regard the street monkeys as being sacred & even have a road name dediacted to them, called MONKEY FOREST ROAD.
Green & Yellow Gold as being serene,sometimes sinister & royal are the feelings i derived from the trip....
& of course,many many subtext...but don't really know how to put them in words..

I think this is one of the strongest of your recent submissions. The strange ballance between the two separate frames and the placement of the two forms in them is fantastic. The facial capture of the two little guy's is wonderful. Tour choice of color's is fascinating and I would be interested to know the reason behind the choices. Another great and complex image.
