thanks miles,i think you have to take in consideration it was 10mm focal used here ,the nose of the horse was pratically on the lense, hence the perspective or large head dimension against the rest of the body of the horse.point taken on the cool effect used.brian

Love the wide angle on this, though I think from a personal point of view I would prefer it without the cool layer and have it just as sepia. Also maybe would have given the horses front leg a little more room at the bottom. Otherwise a very striking image.

Great shot Brian, really like the white flowers in the field and the overall composition. And of course the horse and the look on its face. Beautiful.

Looking forward to seeing the photo of the pitchfork wielding old cow !!

It's all there in the eyes Brian, the horse is saying, "You'd best be running now fella!"... love it. Post work looks great and this is really cool photography, way to go!

Cheers
Rina.

Just red your about! Here in sweden it´s possible to go out on the private fields. But ok, do the farmers have animals it´s better to ask before. I´m gld for you that you survived then! :)

Sometimes, it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission, Brian.

What a SCORE! I love the tritone you used on this shot.

You're also making me jealous, as the 10mm is next up on 'gotta-have' list. ;)
