Nice shot, nice sunset.Soft or sharp, I?m not sure if I would prefer as it is, soft.Tripod, yes, it helps, but it is stamp of a pro.Besides it is cumbersome.Easy to use, very small, low utility.Big, sturdy, with a shirt pocket camera in top, looks funny.

Hi Leslie, thanks for the comment, yes, you are right, I was in a small boat without a tri pod and it might not have made much diff anyway.

Hi Cary...your image has beautiful colors and a good perspective and reflection and composition...the focus seems a bit soft, though,...I wonder if you took this with a tripod if it would have made a difference...all the right components are here...just need to get it in focus
