Not bad, not bad. Reminds me of my misspent childhood. My father was a meteorologist, and he liked to pack us into the car and go chase storms. Of course in these parts you can generally see them coming for about three days...
My first trip as an adult into the US was during my long-haired motorcycle days. I headed back home (Regina) from Winnipeg, via North Dakota (for those of you familiar with the geography hereabouts). The border cop, a heavy set, ex-marine type looked at me, looked at the clouds, and growled. "You think you're gonna beat that storm?" I said: "It depends how long you're going to keep me here." "Get a move on," he answered with a wave. It didn't matter. I got caught in the middle of Nowhere (that is to say, about an hour out of Minot) by the Mother of All Thunderstorms. And me the highest object for a quarter mile on either side of the road. Truly a great day.
Cheers,
Jon

You're waxing philosophical again, Jim. Nice shot. Another farm gets the shaft, but at least time its illuminating. ;)
