Wonderful- looked at the original and what you have done to it is brilliant! The lighting and colour gives such atmosphere. The textures make it seem almost 3d. Beautiful image.

First of all....welcome back, it is so nice to see you posting again my dear.
Beautifully composed with amazing additional PS postwork my dear Andree. I love the tones to this moody study with just the merest glimpse of colour in the areoplane. The twin rock formations standing out to sea look absolutely wonderful and I love the wave breaking as it heads for the shore. I think you have done very well to capture all these elements without the benefit of composure time. First class work sweetie. I am all behind just now, it happens every week due to awkward work routines....so it's head down and catch up time. My very best wishes to you as always and once again, nice to 'see' you back.....Ray

Hello Dave, thanks for the comment. When I took the shot there was more light. I manipulated the color and tonal range through the use of layers in photoshop to create the mood I was going for. Below is the original shot. :) Andree

It has an almost adventurous spirit to it. I like the way the only colour appears to be on the tail of the plane. Altogether a very nice image.

Andree, what a cool shot. I love the subtle tones. It almost looks like you grayscaled the sky/ocean/rocks but left the plane colored. But then looking close at the sky, it looks like it is still colored, just a twilight darkness. How the heck did you shoot this with such little light yet get no blur?
Best wishes, Dave
