Very interesting sam..I also like the title. Looks as if they are wieghing this horse down a bit..!
I do agree with andre tho on croping out the sky...the faces of the men are of the most interest.

just I want to say :
exposing with the limited of movement is enjoyment, but it could be better if you balance the light and color after shooting,it's just a suggestion... please don't be angry ;)))

A very nice Street shot Sam!
This one would be so much better if you just cut away most of the sky from the image. That way the energy and intensity in the people's faces is so much more central. It would make a big difference, try it and see what you think.
