Wonderful capture!!! This really caught my eye Darlene! I just love the expression on Paw Paw's face! Makes him every bit the child as the children! Moving photo and wonderfully proceesed Darlene!
Man I did not know you were shooting with a Mark 11 You lucky thing you! One day Ill hold one of those monsters!
I saw one for sale the other week at a photography store/studio It was used for 2,100
and had been used only as their studio portrait camera and had less than 1000 shots taken with it. Such a beautiful site it was!
Again Darlene excellent capture,,,,,,,,,,Oh yeah
that back ground with all the birds...:) Perfect!
Thanks for sharing and hope all had a great time!!!

Your friend and fellow photographer,

PEB

Darlene, I just had to come back to see your picture again. This time for the picture...It seesm so artistically perfect. Something in the tones...it almost seems painted...a Saturday Evening Post cover. I'm not sure I'm expressing myself quite right, but I just got to tell you I think it's truly a beautiful and well done family portrait. Enough said!--Bill Voizin

Really wonderful scene Darlene! The composition is perfect. I dont have a photo of my first fish :( , which may be a good thing as if i remember correctly it was sardine size LOL.
Having a grandma thats a photographer means so many priceless photos for them to look back on in the future. This will be one memory he will be able to relive forever, so many times I speak of my childhood and can only dream of having a photo for some of the stories.....
