Hi Mike,
This is a very good image, serene, peaceful. Love the choice of BW. To my eye however, less of the top area (tiles beyond the ornate fence) and less of the wall to the right, makes the image less busy.
Couldn't completely crop off the wall since it's going to cut off a part of the boat.Here's my idea. Hope you don't mind.
